We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with deadlines, and genuinely enjoys helping clients. You'll be responsible for managing payroll from start to finish while providing the responsive, personal service our clients expect from us. As a Payroll Specialist, you will manage payroll processing for an assigned group of clients using iSolved HCM. You'll work directly with clients to gather payroll information, resolve questions, identify potential issues, and ensure payrolls are processed accurately and on time. Accuracy is essential, but so is communication. We want our clients to know they have someone they can rely on to answer questions, solve problems, and take ownership when something needs attention.

Tax Season Intern
First year intern's primary duty will be assisting tax professionals receiving and organizing client data and basic software data entry during the busy season (January - April). Once the tax return is completed and reviewed with the client, interns will ensure the final product is delivered to the client. With experience, interns will have the opportunity to learn more advanced tax concepts and perform advanced tax preparation steps. 15-20 hours per week are required, but specific times are flexible around school schedules. Saturday morning hours are available.
